Cancellation & Deposit Policy • A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to book and will go toward your service total. • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Appointments canceled and no-showed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • A 20-minute grace period is allowed. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. • Clients with unpaid fees will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is cleared.
